His main field of specialty is Oculoplasty, Laser and Refractive Surgery, Cataract, and Keratoconus management. He is certified in Laser and Refractive Surgery from The Royal College of Ophthalmologists in London, UK. MD with honours from Aleppo University in Syria in 1993. MSc with honours from Damascus University in Syria in 1996. Arab Board from Damascus University in Syria in 1997. Ph.D. degree with honours during the professorship program between Damascus University and Moorfield’s Eye Hospital in London.
